After tasting through Lini 910′s entry level Labrusca line (bianco, rose and rosso) about a year ago, we recently spotted this in one of our local wine shops and couldn’t say no. The Lini 910 In Correggio Lambrusco Scuro is similar to the standard Lini 910 Labrusca rosso with one key distinction – it is produced using the methode champenoise (champagne method). A few weeks into the new year, some people’s fizzle for sparkling wine might have faded… but not ours! Quite to the contrary, actually. During a recent trip to the wine shop, we stumbled on a collection of Lini 910‘s portfolio of entry level NV Lambruscos and just couldn’t say no. The only problem? Finding a few friends to help us take down 3 bottles of sparkling… luckily Sean and Julie helped us out with that!
