My first experience with Schneider Vineyards came a few years back purely by coincidence. A friend was making dinner and I was in charge of selecting the wines… the only rule we had agreed upon was the wines had to be Cabernet Franc based. So, once I hit the wine shop I went straight for Loire and picked up some Chinon. I also really enjoy the Raats Cabernet Franc from South Africa and thought it would be an interesting addition so I grabbed one of those.
